Mac print screen short cut keys for my blogs
Tuesday, February 26th, 2008Just a few short cut keys to remind ourselves(myself) how to print screen in my mac book
- Press the Command key (the Apple key next to the space bar), Shift key, and the number 3 key simultaneously and the screen will be save to a png file on your desktop
- To print screen selected areas, hit Command + Shift + number 4 keys and the mouse cursor will change from an arrow into a cross. Click & drag across the screen where you want to select.
- Press Command + Shift + number 4 keys plus press the space bar simultaneously and the cursor turns into a camera to print screen for that window only into a png file
