I am a runner but not like a marathon runner kind, short distance say a few KM. . Anyway I chance on this website on running routes around the world.
The website seems to be build using asp and it is using Google map as the mapping tool. Strange combination though but it works. So I can view the the routes that people have been running on. It evens show the distance of the route. Cool!

Just a few short cut keys to remind ourselves(myself) how to print screen in my mac book
- Press the Command key (the Apple key next to the space bar), Shift key, and the number 3 key simultaneously and the screen will be save to a png file on your desktop
- To print screen selected areas, hit Command + Shift + number 4 keys and the mouse cursor will change from an arrow into a cross. Click & drag across the screen where you want to select.
- Press Command + Shift + number 4 keys plus press the space bar simultaneously and the cursor turns into a camera to print screen for that window only into a png file
Hope the above are helpful

I was at the Singapore PHP Group Meetup at SMU on Wednesday, 20 February 2008. Things kick off fast and furious. Leonard Lin from Tyler Projects, the team behind the game battle station give a educational session on the trends and popularity of the various facebook apps. Web Traffic charts were showed about spammer apps, photo apps, dating apps in facebook. Base on the charts, the sustainable apps (profitable I hope) in the long run seems to be in the area of gaming and dating apps.
Leonard mention that advertisers are more interested to advertise on their website hosting the battle station game then on facebook. Key reason is there is more advertising space on their website than on the facebook small square box(did someone say 640x???)
Main revenue for battle station is advertising and in future virtual goods where players can buy special weapons or ships using real cash!!!!
You deserver a beer, Leonard for sharing the information

1st time that we can experience the live F1 Race in Singapore
1st time a F1 night race is held in Singapore.
1st time the race is in anti-clockwise direction in Singapore. Anymore first?
How about also the 1st F1 organizer to give fans problems buying tickets to the race? I am not sure if that is the first.
Anyway, I really feel that I should go and be part of this 1st F1 race in Singapore! Anybody would like to go as well? It will be very exciting to catch the race live!
So should I buy the SGD168 or the SGD1388 tickets?
Before I forget, another first is Singapore pools providing betting services for the F1 race. More information on what bets available will be announce soon. Catch the countdown and all the information of the F1 race in Singapore here.

For every social networking site, there is always a typical market of users. Hi5 has the usual profile, friends and group pages. With photos and videos upload plus widgets. However, there is no large developer groups developing applications for Hi5. How can they match up to thousands of applications available on facebook?
Sometimes, it is not the state of the art of applications that drives the social networking site. It is the us, the end-users of social networking site that determines the soul of the site.
For me Hi5 ease of use scores. Plus a couple of unique groups make Hi5 interesting.
Feel free to add me at my Hi5 account at http://alientyc.hi5.com/

Over the weekends, my friend Cheryl ask me on what are the video conferencing tools are available today. So here is an blog post on the video conferencing services available online.
Before any video conferencing can happen, you need a web camera, mic and speaker. Don’t forget about it!
What kind of web camera?
Depend on how good quality of video you like to be seen, buy a web camera that suits your needs. Nowadays, most laptop comes with a built-in web camera, good enough for one-to-one video conference.
